How soon can I get my order?

We try to keep as many 21st Century items in stock as possible. If your order is in stock, it can be ready within 24 hours. Please keep in mind it is possible that during busy times, the inventory may be taken from our physical location before the website syncs inventory. If this is the case, we will try to get out the order as fast as possible, but it involves ordering the blank garments, shipping to us, and printing. This can take some time, and sometimes the garments can be out of stock from the garment mills. We will try to keep you informed if there are any problems with your order.

How can I get my order? Is local pickup an option?

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. We also offer in store pickup in store at our shop location. You can check our about us for our location and operating hours. Please be informed that shipping and local pickup are both options, so at checkout, please select the best method for you.

How do I know what size I need?

Each product has a size guide, however, if you would prefer to try on before, we have samples in store.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange any item as long as it is unused and not laundered, and thus can be resold. We can not take back any worn or laundered items.

How will I know my order is ready? Will I get tracking info?

We send out an automated message letting you know when your order is complete. This will include tracking info if you choose shipping at checkout.
